Use your mobile Internet even when you are away from home

• Now all CIN and Klass customers can use their mobile internet even when they are on roaming. GPRS roaming service allows you to check your e-mail, download files, browse WAP and web sites - generally use all internet services which you use on your “home network”.
  

Activation of Internet in roaming

• To activate GPRS roaming in Azerbaijan you simply need to activate Internet and roaming on your mobile before leaving the country. You can activate internet manually by selecting “Network Settings” on your phone menu and typing internet.bakcell.com in your APN.
  
• You can also activate your GPRS roaming abroad, but to do this your roaming service for calls and SMS should be activated before you go.

• Please remember that you can use your mobile internet on roaming via roaming operators only in the countries listed in "Prices & countries" chapter.

• According to Turkish Law 7186 §23 permanent data roamers will be banned from Turkish MNO networks.
• Permanent data roamer is defined as: cumulative user of roaming services by the same IMEI for 91 days (accumulated) or more per 120 days period on the network where voice service users will be excluded.
• Please be informed that any product (m2m etc.) including IMEI should be registered by submitting IMEI number list during Turkish customs procedures. For users who have violated this customs procedure, Turkish Law 7186 §24 gives a remission. You can register your devices by paying the required tax, otherwise, devices will be blacklisted in Turkish CEIR and will be banned from Turkish MNO networks within 30 days.
• Please be noted that according to Turkish Law, roaming users will not be banned if subscribers used voice service even one time during the mentioned period. For more details, you can call in Turkey.

• In accordance with the Resolution No 847 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan Republic dated October 22, 2018, if a foreign subscriber ever uses any mobile device with a local SIM card, then IMEI of this mobile device will automatically be identified by National System of Registering IMEI-codes devices under Ministry of Digital Technologies. Such a mobile device can be used in Uzbekistan without registration for up to 30 days from the moment the local SIM card is activated on the device.
• After the 30-day period, if the device's IMEI has not been registered, its usage with any unregistered local SIM card in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be prohibited.
