    Use your digital ID for various cases.


    Bakcell offers its all subscribers modern digital service. From now on all our subscribers can confirm their identity, access e-services and use digital signatures via Asan İmza (Mobil ID) service.


    Asan İmza (Mobil ID) service can be implemented to your existing SIM card (number) or new SIM card. To activate this service:


    • Bring your ID card to Bakcell Customer Care Centre and get your SIM card with Asan İmza (Mobil ID) after activating of Asan İmza service; Visit the office of the Asan Certification Service Centre of the Ministry of Taxes (ASXM) in order to activate e-signature certificates.

    Starting from 07.11.2023 the price of duplicate will cost 4 AZN.

    Starting from July 1, 2021 the monthly subscription fee for "Citizen" type "Asan Imza" service will be 0 ₼ and will be applied to the following citizens:


    • Those who have subscribed to the service since June 20, 2020 until July 1, 2021 and pay monthly subscription fee of 2.50 ₼

    Those who have subscribed to the service starting from July 1, 2021.


    Monthly fee for citizens who have activated the “Citizen” type of “Asan Imza” service until June 20, 2020, and paid 18 ₼ for service fee, will remain 2.50 ₼. These citizens can apply for "Business" type of certificate during the validity period of the "Asan Imza" service. If this category of citizens does not wish to pay a monthly subscription fee, they can apply to the Bakcell Customer Care Center, cancel the subscription, and join to the new tariff. In this case, the SIM replacement cost of 3.50 ₼ should be paid.


    Attention! Citizens, who have subscribed to "Asan Imza" service "Citizen" type since June 20, 2020 and those, who have received the service since July 1, 2021 will not be able to receive "Asan Imza" "Business" certificates.

    Prolongation via SMS


    Prolongation of the service via SMS is available from December 1, 2021.


    This service is available to “Asan Imza” SIM card subscribers whose “Asan Imza” service expires on that SIM card.


    If the subscriber is a user of active (or valid) "Asan Imza" service and wants to get information about the type and period of validity of "Asan Imza" service, user should send an SMS message with the keyword "status" to the short number "8500".


    To prolong the validity of the service via SMS, the user should follow the next steps:


    Decide which type of service to use (“Citizen", "Business” or "Government”).


    Familiarize yourself with the tariffs for each type of service, as well as check the availability of the appropriate amount on the balance to activate the required type of "Asan Imza".


    To prolong the "Asan Imza" service, send an SMS to the short number "8500" with one of the following keywords:


    For extension of “Citizen" service type: ferdi


    For extension of "Business” service type: biznes


    For extension of "State” type service: dovlet


    The subscriber is fully responsible for the incorrect choice of the corresponding keyword, as well as for the use of the service by a third party (including theft or loss of the number or device). The mobile operator Bakcell shall not be held liable in connection with the previously mentioned.


    Upon initial connection to the "Asan Imza" service, connection via SMS-messages is not possible, and you need to apply to Customer Care Centers for this purpose. For initial connection to the "Asan Imza" service, a subscriber can subscribe to the respective service for a 3 (three) years’ period by contacting the Customer Service Office representatives and making the necessary payment. After three (3) years the subscriber can extend the service for the next 3 years by sending an SMS from the number that supports "Asan Imza" service with the keyword to the corresponding short number. After making the appropriate payment to the Bakcell, Asan Certificate Service Center under the State Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall issue the appropriate certificate to the Subscriber. Bakcell is not responsible for the non-issuance of the relevant certificate.


    Subscribers who have canceled the "Asan Imza" service for any reason (including termination of use of the number or transfer of the number to the same or a third party) cannot extend the "Asan Imza" service for the next period via SMS.


    Please note that it is not enough just to renew the service via SMS; also, during the last 30 days of the certificate validity, users must apply for renewal of "Asan Imza" certificates for the next 3 years online at the unified Internet taxpayer portal www.e-taxes.gov.az. Once the "Asan Imza" certificate expires, it cannot be renewed online and the user will have to personally apply to the Asan Certificate Service Center (ASXM) at the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to renew the certificate.     Rules
    1. To ensure the provision of the Asan Imza service according to this Annex to the Subscriber's Contract, the Subscriber shall receive a SIM card with the Asan Imza software loaded, or a SIM card without the Asan Imza software installed, previously issued to the Subscriber, shall be replaced with a new one that allows using this service.
    2. The Subscriber shall be able to put a mobile electronic signature Asan Imza instead of the Subscriber’s physical signature using the Asan Imza software installed on the Asan Imza SIM card and Asan Imza PIN codes.
    3. The Asan Imza service allows the Subscriber to sign contracts, forms, acts, and other electronic documents related to various fields of electronic services with a mobile electronic signature.
    4. This Annex to the Subscriber's Contract confirms that the Subscriber has been familiarized with the rules and tariffs for the provision of the Asan Imza service and is aware of the following:

    4.1. Bakcell shall provide and suspend the provision of the Asan Imza service according to the general terms and conditions of the Subscriber's Contract and this Annex,


    4.2. Data exchange on the number connected to the Asan Imza service shall be performed by SMS,


    4.3. To subscribe to the Asan Imza service for the first time, the Subscriber shall make the appropriate payment by contacting Bakcell Customer Service offices or representatives operating in the ASAN Service Centers. The Subscriber shall obtain a notice confirming the connection and the chosen type of Asan Imza service and then submit it to the Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and receive an Asan Imza Mobile Electronic Signature Certificate for maximum 3 (three) years. Bakcell shall not be liable for the failure of the Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service to issue an appropriate certificate to the Subscriber after the payment of the connection fee,


    4.4. If the Subscriber wishes to extend using the Asan Imza service for another 3 (three) years, he/she shall send an SMS to Bakcell before the service period expires. The phone number balance shall be debited for the amount corresponding to the Asan Imza type, and the service shall be activated. The Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service shall issue the Asan Imza Certificate online.


    4.5. After activation of the Asan Imza service on the number, the subscription fee shall be set depending on the Asan Imza service type and paid to Bakcell until the Asan Imza service is completely suspended, regardless of whether the Subscriber uses this service or not.


    4.6. Transferring the Asan Imza service activated on one number to another one is excluded. To suspend the provision of the Asan Imza service, the Subscriber shall contact Bakcell Customer Service offices,


    4.7. The Subscriber may activate the Asan Imza service only on a number without debts and with a two-way open communication line,


    4.8. The service may be suspended early in the cases specified in an agreement concluded between the Subscriber and the Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service. Such cases shall be regulated by the agreement concluded between the Subscriber and the Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service,


    4.9. If the provision of services on the number connected to the Asan Imza service is suspended according to the appropriate Subscriber's Contract terms, the provision of the Asan Imza service on this number will be automatically suspended. The provision of the Asan Imza service on such number shall be restored according to the appropriate Subscriber's Contract terms,


    4.10. The Subscriber is aware of the specifics and tariffs of the Asan Imza service. The Subscriber may use any other telecommunication service on the number without any changes. The Subscriber may use the Asan Imza service in roaming. In this case, the Asan Imza service fee shall be charged according to the roaming tariffs,


    4.11. The Subscriber shall be liable for the use of the Asan Imza service by any third parties for any reason (including theft or loss of a number or device). To prevent such use, the Subscriber shall immediately contact the State Tax Service’s Call Center 195 or the Asan Certificate Service Center and Bakcell Customer Service offices,


    4.12. According to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the appropriate Subscriber's Contract, the Subscriber shall be liable for payment of debts, interest, and penalties for delay, arising on the number connected to the Asan Imza service.


    4.13. If the number is re-registered to another name, the Subscriber shall act according to the terms of an agreement concluded with the Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service, and Bakcell shall not be liable for this,


    4.14. If the Asan Certificate Service Center of the State Tax Service refuses to issue the appropriate certificate to the Subscriber, the prepaid Asan Imza service connection fee may be refunded to the Subscriber within 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt of the Asan Imza SIM card from Bakcell. Otherwise, as well as in the case of non-use of the Asan Imza service activated on the number, the appropriate Asan Imza service connection fee is not refunded.
